There was so much luxury in this well-planned apartment that we regretted only staying one night. The separate undercover and glassed-in verandah with BBQ and comfy lounge puts this place on an entire next level, and that is without mentioning the jacuzzi that was already hot and ready and super clean upon arrival. Even the air-conditioner and dishwasher was a touch of convenience which shows the thoughtfulness of the host. Very convenient in the middle of our long road-trip was the washer and separate dryer which allowed us to do multiple loads in one day. Clever stairs which takes up minimal space to to the generous sleeping area on the landing above, a large TV which can be enjoyed from the big and comfortable bed on the bottom level, and all you will ever need in a kitchen while enjoying the view of the water through the kitchen window. Small added luxury items like designer coffee mugs and imported wine glasses made us feel extra welcome and added to the high level of comfort the host is clearly aiming for.

Cosy experience over night in a large two-bed tent. Excelent breakfast sereved in a retro american restaurant vibe. The staff were amazing—funny, helpful, and truly engaging! Their energy made the whole experience unforgettable, especially the show, which had everyone laughing and enjoying themselves. Great vibes all around.

This hotel is an absolute dream. The location is perfect, and both the exterior and interior are stunning. The rooms are beautiful, the beds unbelievably comfortable, and every detail feels carefully thought out. The staff are warm, welcoming and couldn’t do enough to help. Breakfast was fresh, delicious and set in a lovely space. A wonderful stay from start to finish — highly recommend.

This was such an unexpectedly pleasant stay! Location is good, it's a walkable and convenient distance from Kalmar C station and Kalmar Castle. The common spaces feel cosy and the rooms are really decently-sized and comfortable. It is cool that they refurbished this hotel from an old warehouse. There were also free coffee and tea (of a good variety!) for guests. We had both breakfast and dinner included in our package, which is a bit unusual for a hotel, but the dinner served was delicious, and I don't think we would have a more enjoyable meal outside anyway. Staff were really friendly too. Fantastic accommodation, it's such a pity we only stayed one night!

Relaxing and nice, clean and very cozy garden/surroundings. Can highly recommend this place. Opportunities for physical activity such as paddle, tennis, golf, mountain bike trails, hiking trails, nature reserves to hike in, as well as sun and swimming. Great place.👍👍👍

Every morning we took a nice walk back and forth to Mormors Stenugnsbageri & Kaffestuga at Stora Rörs harbour through beautiful forest and cottage area with many beautiful summer cottages. Nice view over Kalmar Sound. Unfortunately a lot is closed in mid-May but on the other hand we didn't experience any crowds. For us who were going to go around the whole of Öland, Rälla was a good starting point

The hotel part and the breakfast were great.

The hotel part and the breakfast were great. But the pizzeria Öland in the area was under all criticism. They say the receipt machine broke and then they put money on us that we should pay. We had to pay 150 and 250 kronor extra, which we noticed when checking the prices. They had to calculate it manually when we said to pay back the difference. Never again pizzeria Öland.
