Amazing features to visit, alot of time thought and expense has gone into the tourist experience , can get around cheap on MRT, eat well at Hawker. Alcohol in hotels and food in restaurants can be expensive. Local people can be negative and rude at times, but otherwise a great place to visit! Marina Bay Sands and Gardens by the Bay awesome, Ocean Aquarium and Zoo Very good also. Lots of amazing Gardens and animals to experience and fascinating views via Cable Cars and Lookouts. Singapore was a lovely destination to visit. It was very clean, the people were helpful and friendly. The Gardens by the Bay was an excellent full day experience and good value for money. I would say that staying for anymore than 10 days (max) is too long. The MRT and bus services are easy to navigate and cost effective, although taxis and ride sharing options are not overly expensive. Food was fantastic, quite expensive in some places after you add on the 9% GST and 10% service charge but just as nice at the hawker venues where prices are a lot cheaper and better value.Guest review byTheresa - 8.0

We stayed for 8 days and found it was a little too short. we enjoyed all our time in Singapore. Weather was , of course, steamy but very bearable. Would recommend staying in close proximity to city centre (Orchard, Victoria streets). Plenty of sights to see and places to visit. If you insist on Western food this can sometimes be a challenge but if you like to be adventurous try Lau Pasat in the evening. The satay is delicious. Recommend the Hop on Hop Off bus tours and their night tour. The Flyer is fantastic as are the Flower and Cloud domes in Gardens By the Bay. The Orchid gardens in the Botanic gardens are beautiful . The Singapore Zoo and Bird Paradise excellent (See the 2 shows at 12:30 and 2:30 pm). The night Safari was a little disappointing and difficult for photography so some caution here. Singapore surpassed our expectations.
Singapore surpassed our expectations. The people were very friendly and helpful, the city was very clean and tidy, the main sights were fantastic. Public transport was a joy to be on!! If you were taking kids, Sentosa Island is brilliant. Also the food court in Vivo city is not to be missed! Places to definitely see, Marina bay sands, gardens by the bay, Walk Clarke Quay all the way to Boat Quay, not far but worth it, take the boat cruise around the quays from Clarke Quay.Guest review byPaschalUnited Kingdom - 10.0

We had a fab time wanding through Singapore city, there is so much to see. Starting at Marina Bay, everything is just fabulous and big, although a bit more expensive. Wandering through China Town Late night was an eye opener but we found a good bar and good food. If you are vegan you will struggle in parts to find food to eat, China town was more accomodating to this requirement.
