The guest house is quite remote but it garantuees full immersion in nature untouched. There are many hiking trails around, notably to discover a river and its gorges. Urban and his family are authentically welcoming and kind. The rooms are nice and clean. The food is a must-try, since it is local and homemade...and delicious of course ! We had a really great time and I'm sure we will come back !

Quiet, peaceful area. The apartment is separated, comfortable, well equipped, it was ideal for the two of us. The air conditioning is especially useful since the apartment is in the attic. You get what you see in the pictures, no foul play. Parking is in front of the house. All our destinations were reachable within 1 - 1.5 hours (Izola+Piran, Vintgar Gorge+Bled, Prdejama castle, Vršič pass) Would have been useful for us: a small microwave, mosquito net.

We expected a normal mountain hut, but were very pleasantly surprised. Cozy rooms, with a great view, very nice staff, breakfast was very filling and a was great value for money. Bathrooms are newly renovated and very clean. Staff was friendly and chatty.

This apartment is exceptional, the best of our entire stay in Slovenia. Everything is tastefully furnished. Exemplary cleanliness. We admired the modern solid wood furniture made by the owner. Very comfortable bed, magnificent bathroom with its pebble floor. Furthermore, this accommodation is located in a very quiet small village and right next to the beautiful Cerknica lake. The small town, where you can find the essentials, is 5 minutes away by car. Ideally located to discover very beautiful sites, we will not hesitate to rent it again.

When arriving we were warmly welcomed and the whole host family was lovely. Garden and yard were beautiful and it was perfect for relaxing. We had dinner prepared by the mother. We had no clue what we were going to get but were happily suprised. Full board of Slovenian traditional foods and we ate them all! Our room didn't have bathroom but we had separate bathroom which was only for us and located just next door.

Samo is a really kind host, he cares a lot about the guests. He gave us many informations about what to visit in Slovenia and he helped us find good and cheap wine😍 The apartment is very clean and cozy, it has all the comforts and everything is curated. The price is really good! Also, the position is perfect to visit Slovenia and discover less turistic places.❤

The owners were very nice. We got fruit from their garden. Children loved the place. There is great museum about the Cerknica lake 2 minutes from the appartment. Great place for stop on the way from croatia to austria.
