Great town to explore, enjoy the walls, Tartini Square, swim in the Adriatic, take a walking tour with a wine and olive oil tour. And, if you like, there's a ferry to Venice, an easy trip to Trieste, or even take a trip into wine country. Liked · A bit difficult as I had a different SIM card in but the messages were not going through to my new number. Once the host and I figured this out, it was easy to access. Great location, very central and close to all that you want to see. Disliked · While there is air conditioning in the main rooms, it didn't quite reach the bedroom. Piran is a lovely medieval town with good swimming and some very nice restaurants many of which are reasonably priced. Nice to walk the narrow streets and the promenade by the sea and the marina. We went in July so it was packed with tourists.Guest review byAnonymous - 10.0

The town was small, but really nice and cozy. The Piran walls provide a view to whole town and it was amazing. The must-have restaurant in Piran is Fritolin Pri Cantini, at the May 1 trg. The best fresh fishes. Get a good beer or wine next to it, at Cantina Klet. Beware, both of the spots are cash-only! If you are planning to come by car, you should be warned, that cars are not allowed in Piran, so you have to park yours at Fornace, at the beginning of Piran for an expensive fee. Take a walk upstairs to the clock tower, it's worth the sweating! Also the Walls of Piran is a good walk as well. We really enjoyed our stay. The location was super convenient and even though the parking situation in Piran is a bit peculiar we had no issue because the host helped us with all our questions and the best way for arrival. All members of the family renting this apartment are very kindly and friendly people. They have prepared beautifull surprise for us. They invited us to a welcome breakfast and gave us a nice gift for luck. They showed us perfect parking place as well and gave us many recommendation what we should to visit.
