Great apartment for a group of 4. Very fresh and clean. Suprising amount of kitchen equipment, well suited for preparing your own meals. Terrace with grill and dining table nicely prepared for our use. Located in a Beautiful and peaceful area by the nadiza river, great place for a summer bath. Would definitely come back.

We had a wonderful stay here! It’s just 15 minutes by car from Kobarid, but feels like a peaceful escape into nature. The views are absolutely stunning, and there’s even a playground for kids to enjoy. Our room was cozy and very clean, and the little kitchen was fully equipped with everything we needed. A perfect spot to relax and enjoy the beauty of the area. Highly recommended!

I had a fantastic stay! The accommodation was spotless, and the service was excellent. The peaceful atmosphere made for a relaxing experience. Plus, the location was perfect, being very close to the stunning Kozjak waterfall. Highly recommended!

Location is great, hostel is superbly clean and facilities are also great. To such an extent it felt more like a hotel than a hostel. Kitchen is very well equipped. Staff is very kind but not always on site.

Nice location in the center of Kobarid, enough space for parking and well equipped common kitchen. Last but not least -Jernej is really a super host, not only did he prepare us excellent breakfast, but he also allowed us to leave our car at the hotel parking lot for two days between our single stays.

We had a great time here. The apartment is spacious and bright and had everything we needed. We really enjoyed the sauna and the whirlpool after long days of hiking in the beautiful area around Kobarid.
