The house was easy to find, driving from Lublijana. We arrived during a heat wave and the host brought the bed downstairs for us as it was cooler to sleep.The air con kept the place lovely and cool when it was 37 degrees outside! The natural views of mountains were stunning. We saw bats, eagles and a pine martin! The host left Welcome gifts of food &drink for us which was a lovely touch as it was our 20th anniversary. The location was very peaceful and quiet! Supermarket was a 10 minute drive away. On our anniversary we stayed up late and watched lightening bolts surrounding us on the horizon for 3 hours (no rain or thunder) then we saw more than 30 meteorites in the Perseid meteorite shower, which made our whole experience extra special and memorable! We would highly recommend a stay here.

We highly recommend it! Wonderful location, generous breakfasts with local products, very friendly and helpful hosts who attach great importance to the well-being of their guests. Very good service, during our 5-day stay the room was cleaned twice. Free parking.

Perfect mountain location with all the amenities one might want and need in an apartment. The view was amazing, the room was very pretty and everything was sparkling clean. The host was super nice and gave us some direction for restaurants nearby but also offered us some homemade salami. We would have stayed longer if we could.
