Very spacious accommodation with lots of cute details (black and white family photos,different kinds of food..) that gives you cozy vibes and comodity. The rooms were fully equiped - the second bedroom on the first floor is connected to the apartment with a separate entrance, but also through the bathroom. The host was really kind and was replying in timely manner. There is also available parking space within the property.

-The place is very quiet, clean and not far from city centar of Ljubljana - There is a shops, groceries and restorants just 2-3 min walking - Hospitality of Helena was on high level. We are family with 3kids traveling from Macedonia. She prepared pancakes for us for welcoming. - Excellent equipped kitchen, there isn't something missing. - The bedroom has 5 comfortably beds and nice balcony with grill. - There is free parking and Wi-Fi - The day when we arrived was public holiday and everything was closed, but Helena surprised us and got it for us water, juice, milk, apples, candy, pasta for free.

Everything about this hotel exceeded our expectations. The receptionist gave us a map and showed us where to find a local market with street food where we had lunch. It was excellent. The walking tour organized by the i centre was very good too and our guide showed us the highlights of Ljubljana over 2hrs, ending with a funicular ride to the castle. We would definitely recommend the Grand Plaza and hope to return one day.

A very nice hotel with fun and smart design. Particularly cool restaurant with modern feeling and very attentive staff. The bathroom and the room (414) double premium was decent size and had everything needed. The room service is conveniently available to order from the smart TV. The bathroom was nice and the beds are comfortable. Breakfast was decent and creatively served. Good value for money and much better than 4 point by Sheraton and Intercontinental Ljubljana, where we used to stay in our previous visits. Free of charge parking in front of the hotel and warm welcome with a gift for our dog was a very nice surprise.
