I recently had the pleasure of staying at, and I must say, it was an exceptional experience. From the moment I arrived, the staff made me feel welcome and valued. The rooms were spacious, immaculately clean, and provided ample comfort throughout my stay. However, what truly stood out was the remarkable service provided by the staff, particularly a young man at the reception desk. When my daughter accidentally left her tablet in a taxi, he went above and beyond to assist us in locating it. His dedication, kindness, and quick thinking made all the difference, and we are incredibly grateful for his help. Overall, I cannot speak highly enough of and its outstanding staff. Thank you for making our stay unforgettable. We look forward to returning in the future.

Loved the decor of this elegant hotel. Our room was quiet, comfortable and beautifully furnished and had a spacious bathroom. The buffet breakfast offered a good choice. The hotel was bang in the centre on the traffic free main street and our reserved space in the underground garage was perfect. We enjoyed having a drink in their beautiful cafe/ bar. Last but not least, the staff were helpful and friendly.

Amazing place in a very good location in Košice. Staff is super friendly, communication efficient and easy! Checking in was contactless without any issue, instructions sent spot on and all codes worked perfectly. Apartments are very spacious, well maintained and super clean! I did not take breakfast, because I never eat breakfast, but I am sure if i did they would take good care about me. Hotel is located close to downtown and you can reach it in walking distance. Room was perfect for one person and I did not need anything more. Little fridge and fast running internet were really handy. It was nice to talk to stuff and if needed they used their own phones to call me a taxi. I had a great time, thank you!!!
