Velka Lomnica is a village bellow High Tatras mountains ideal for stay when visiting the mountains. You can use your car to move around or you can use also local trains operating right to the touristic centers (Smokovec, Polianka, Tatranska Lomnica, Strbske Pleso and so on). In the village you have good options to buy food or to enjoy local gastronomy in restaurants. The breakfast is portioned but very good and plenty. The coffee is also good. You can see the mountains from your room and the cantine as well. The staff is very kind and helpful.
