We arrived very late in the evening without prior accommodation, and most places in the area had a check-in deadline of 10 PM. We called the hotel around 11 PM, and a kind lady came over to personally open the hotel and prepare a room for us. She was extremely helpful and polite, and we truly appreciated her effort. The hotel itself is new, spotlessly clean, and offers a great breakfast. Free parking is also available on-site, which was very convenient. Given the service and quality, I can’t give this hotel anything less than a 10. Thank you once again for your outstanding hospitality!

Everything at the hotel was perfect, beds, bath, lots of hot water, impeccable service, toiletries were special, towels fluffy, carpet soft under your feet, very pretty street. The breakfast was beautiful. BUT... The most important thing you must do while you are there is to go to the restaurant for lunch or dinner. Lunch outside on the deck would be perfect but indoors at dinner time is also a great option as their dining room has the perfect atmosphere. The food is some of the most delicious I have tasted - they must have a pretty amazing chef there. The service was absolutely perfect. The wine list was fab. The only improvement I would suggest is that the desserts did not measure up to the rest of the menu (possibly because the rest of the menu was just nothing short of amazing).

The room was exactly the same as described and as on photos; it has very pleasant design and all furniture looks new. We liked the table with chairs outside just near the window (we were on the ground floor, the floor above has balcony, so it is quite the same). We met their very pleasant woman as a host who met us and was helping with breakfast next day, unfortunately, I’ve never asked the name. The communication was very nice and friendly, it was easy to understand each other with Ukrainian on our side and Slovak on her :) She also advised some places to visit. breakfast is good, it is served as buffet. If you are not taking it, try to take anything else in the place where it is served - it has good atmosphere, we could not leave it for a while :)
