We had a very great time in Phuket and really enjoyed our stay from the first moment that we entered the hotel. The team is super friendly, supportive, check in quick and easy (even before regular check in time spooks be to enter the room). A very special appreciation goes out to the girls at reception. Sabai and Baijok. Sabai was almost everywhere. Jumping between reception and breakfast area to support where help was needed. They helped us with recommendations for restaurants, booking of a transfer to the airport and as we were too early to enjoy their great breakfast, they provided breakfast to go including coffee. We stayed in a deluxe room in the ground floor with direct pool access which was awesome. Also the pool area on the roof was great. Absolutely recommend the hotel 🚀 Keep on rocking team Kokotel 🫶

The resort was very nice, loved all of the facilities. The room was nice and spacious, everything looked as good as the pictures online! The resort is on the beach which was lovely! Restaurants, local shops and fruit markets are near by, less than 5 minute tuk tuk ride away. Staff were very friendly and attentive when needed.

The proximity to the Airport was excellent. The rooms were lovely. We were in a room with a swim up pool. That was a lovely surprise. The staff were all lovely. The breakfast in the morning was excellent. Close to the beach with Bars and Restaurants just about 15 mins walk . I would highly recommend this hotel.

It’s a great hotel with great location and super friendly staff. We stayed there as our last night in Phuket before flying to Bangkok and it was perfect. They even offer a free shuttle to the airport which is 5mins away.
