I had an incredible stay at this place, I wish I had book more nights, the stuff are super friendly and very welcoming, the breakfast was amazing, I had the traditional Thai breakfast, the place itself is very beautiful and peaceful, I was travelling alone and I felt very safe in this hotel. My room had an excellent view from the rice fields and Mountain View.

One of the most beautiful boutique hotels we’ve ever stayed in. Marble tiles throughout, gorgeously appointed rooms, magnificent double floor to ceiling windows exposing one of the most startling mountain views we’ve ever come across. Absolutely spotless rooms, comfortable beds and pillows, good rain shower, heavy drapes to keep out strong sunlight, good AC. Really clean swimming pool and lounge area, good small gym for cardio and dumbbells up to 15kg and barbell with light plates. There’s a restaurant roof bar with top class food and friendly staff, great breakfast and meals throughout the day, a covered area for when the intense rains come. But if this isn’t enough it’s the people who work here make THE VIEW what it is. Shawn and his team are a caring and professional group of people that go out of their way to make your stay enjoyable. They literally gave us food from their own table to taste and try- Chinese sausage and fresh mango just in season. We will never forget that beautiful view over paddy fields what seemed liked lavandar fields. The gardens were under constant work by a very hard working guy who seemed to be there all day. There is ample free parking and a 24 hour front desk. And there were two karaoke pods out the back of the hotel!- lovely fish pond, everything under scrupulous attention to detail with various people speaking various languages. A triumph of hotelerism!

Such a beautiful place with stunning views of the mountains. We stayed in one of the bubble rooms and the bathtub was amazing. The staff were so accomodating and regularly checked in to see if we needed anything. The shower was also really good (one of the best we had in Thailand). It’s a great location for exploring Chiang Dao. They offer a dinner service as well which is fairly priced and tasted great. No need to stress if you arrive late in the day and are hungry.

This was our favourite place to stay in Thailand. It was so quiet and lovely to have such wonderful views when you wake up on the morning. The man at the hotel couldn’t do enough to help us. He sorted us motorbikes which were really useful for getting around. Laundry was also done for us at the hotel. The cabins are lovely and well maintained. The noodle bar down the road is excellent. There were also tortoises to watch and a lovely area to sit outside the cabin. We loved our stay here.

The bungalow is very clean and the bed is really comfortable. The bathroom is well implemented (no water filling the entire bathroom but just the shower place) and well maintained. The garden is a delight to spend time doing nothing. Water, Tea and coffee provided. The owner and her sister were very friendly and helpful.
