Excellent service, location and staff. We were welcomed extremely kindly and helpful. Very nice room, large and very clean. Location super central and convenient to all points of interest. But the highest score is certainly due to the helpfulness and competence of the staff (especially the receptionist!) who helped us a lot, even translating and writing for us a note containing all the allergies - note that is still "saving our lives" in other cities in Thailand (thank you!).

The staff was incredibly nice and helpful. They sent someone to the bus station to book a bus ticket for us and explained to us how to reach the right bus station (a rather uncommon destination). They organised for us a trip to the historic park with bicycles for rent, very cheap. We forgot some really important items at checkout and they again sent someone to the bus station to give it back to us. The rooms are modern, clean, and spacious, and the saltwater pool is amazing. The whole resort is very beautiful with ponds and fountains and bridges.
