    Room for improvement to be clean and well organised to manage shops, restaurants, and massages to welcome tourists from around the world. Now is dirty not only because of trash from the waves but also on the beach with all shops - does not clean their own area. Recommend Bangtao Beach from the middle up towards the north to Layan Beach.

    I always looked fwd to going down to the beach to get a great massage, free loungers & friendly people. Alot of new development happening around the area, but lots of little shops & restaurants to visit & a great tattooist - Shark tattoo Be careful of some of the taxis though, outside the supermarket they tried to charge twice the amount as they could see we were tourists. We used Grab the whole time we were there.

    Not best option in Phuket, too little entertainments around, you need to go too much for markets, poor choice of restaurants around, no nice massages. Large width of beach is the only advantage More southern parts of phuket (Karon, Kata) can provide more rich and nice experience

    Friday night market in Boat Avenue was great!

    Friday night market in Boat Avenue was great! We ate lots of delicious foods and this was our favourite night market that we have visited in Asia. Bang Tao beach is clean and in close proximity to other beaches as well.

    Bang Tao is a beautiful beach and to stay in the area means...

    Bang Tao is a beautiful beach and to stay in the area means that you are never very far from it. It's very quiet (compared to areas like Patong!) and I loved walking the beach at sunset to find one of the lovely beachfront bars or seafood restaurants. It's also quite an easy scooter (I use Grab) ride to Nai Thon beach which is gorgeous, with a strip of markets, shops, massage spots and more bars and cafes.

    The beach was amazing; you just need to be careful during nighttime because the water starts moving forward. Along the beach, there are many cafes and restaurants. We loved the fire show in Nomad Cafe.

    Excellent facilities. Clean, comfortable one bed apartment with kitchenette. Garden view location. Be advised, there is construction going on around the hotel at the moment so book a garden room. Stunning city views from the rooftop infinity pool. Gym, yoga and fitness classes onsite. Yoga is extra charge. Restaurant and cafe onsite plus nomad co-working space. Walking distance to Boat Avenue, Porto de Phuket shopping and nearby lakeside restaurants. Approximately half hour walk to the beach.

    The location of the resort was excellent, directly located on Bang Tao beach which was a great beach for swimming, had lots of great restaurants and bars on the beach you could walk to for dinner and long tail boats you could take to other beaches. The rooms were clean and comfortable, there was an outdoor massage place on site that was standard Thai prices, and the pools were decent.

    Diamond resort was a really clean modern hotel with lovely clean rooms, friendly staff and a very aesthetic looking pool area. We only tried the pizza from the restaurant and that was delicious, unfortunately can’t comment on the rest.
