This hotel meets the high standards you would expect from a 5-star property. The staff, breakfast, location, design, and cool features in the room were all excellent. We stayed there on New Year’s Eve, and they kept the sky pool bar open until 1:00 AM so guests could watch the New Year’s fireworks at Icon Siam. It was an outstanding experience! Many other sky bars in Bangkok were fully booked or charged thousands of euros, but this hotel provided everything for us free of charge.

The hotel and service was simply amazing - the best so far in my experience. The room was clean and tidy, all facilities were in order. They even have their own app - upon downloading it, you can order any extra things to your room - super convenient. Breakfasts are included, and the variety of dishes is great, you can find whatever you fancy. I'm vegan, and I was able to find right options every morning. Tip: if you want coffee with vegetable milk, just ask the staff:) Location was also perfect - you have your own dedicated exit to the BTS station. Highly recommend!

The hotel is located just a stone throw from Siam Paragon making it a heaven for shoppers... They have an amazing pool with turfed areas for those who just wanted to relax... The Hotel consists of two imposing towers, we were given a room in tower 1... The reception area look great and the check in was very smooth and fast... they showed their hospitality from the time we stepped out of our taxi, and throughout our stay.... every staff has been so alert and attentive... very quick to respond... The room is clean and very well maintained, and surprisingly big for a hotel so central to the shopping district... and all the usual room amenities are provided. Breakfast is in an impressive double storey height hall with a big variety of food to choose from... Staff here have been very attentive, professional and effecient... There is a buggy service taking guests from the hotel to Siam Paragon (and vice versa) daily between 10am and 10pm... Overall our stay in this hotel has been really great and enjoyable and I have nothing but good things to say about this hotel.
