beautiful views, lovely staff, a great selection on the food menu there was a lovely man who served us who doesn’t stop smiling we love him. and teddy at the front desk was lovely and very helpful too one of the best places we stayed at in Thailand. All of the staff are so hard working and nice even the gardeners who keep the greenery up to scratch were lovely and showed us where to go. our room was huge too and we reccomend to everyone we know.

Staff was really friendly and their main goal was always to make our day the best. Breakfasts and meals were really good. The pool surrounded by sun umbrellas is really nice and calm place to relax. The short walk to beach makes it perfect location. 5 minut walk to nice coffee place makes this resort perfect location.

This place is a big 10 for me. First of all, the owners, their kindness, attention, their smile, their help. They took us on a very rainy day to the harbour at 4:30 in the morning, and brought us to the entrance to the boat. Wow. The room is spacious, clean, with a good and hot shower, big and large windows with a beautiful view of the jungle, tea, coffee, kettle.. Laundry is also possible. 5-7 minutes walk to a beautiful sandy beach, restaurants and massage. The restaurant is the highest point of the hotel, with a beautiful view. It is open the whole day so you can go to eat whenever you want, great and tasty food, and a very good price, excellent ambience. Motor bikes to rent on sight. This is definitely a place I recommend with all my heart!!! We will certainly be back!❤️❤️🌹🌹

We have stayed here many times over the years. Beautiful location. Right on the beach with amazing views of the bay. Staff friendly and helpful. Rooms are clean, spacious and we had a lovely, big balcony with views of the bay. Close to many bars and restaurants. Ma, on reception is always helpful, booking taxis, ferries and trips for us. Mama Tim and her team in the restaurant are so welcoming and friendly, we were made to feel like family.

Amazing place on the island.

Amazing place on the island. Lots of cafe's, restaurants and more. Nothing is too far really, jump on the bike and go 15min to another spot, be very careful in the corners when riding your bike......lots of people get a "Koh Phangan" tattoo there meaning they crash and the scars. Sand in corners means, slow down!!! I recommend Papaya Massage for great Thai and oil massage. Enjoy a great beautiful Phangan.

Haad Yao has so many beautiful beaches that have an immense...

Haad Yao has so many beautiful beaches that have an immense amount of underwater life. Be wary that some of the beaches though are rock / crushed coral based so they can hurt under foot / be slippery navigating. If you can pack reef shoes with you along with your snorkel it would be fantastic. We came to the island for my kids to learn scuba and dive at Sail Rock. We went with Asia Blue and the service was brilliant - they picked us up and dropped us back every day. The instructors and guides were all very patient, informative and have deep passion for the ocean. When we didn’t eat at the resorts restaurant we used delivery KPG as I didn’t have a method of transport we could all fit in safely. Every to ing we got was tasty from burgers, to pizza to Thai. It was delicious! If you plan on walking around just be mindful Koh Phangan is very hilly.

Very quiet area, only 3 or 4 places to eat or get a drink, the beach is beautiful but too shallow to swim in, nice to sit in though. Most of the hotels / restaurants sell the same food but not grate food apart from the Italian restaurant called loco I think, the food was outstanding and not overly expensive and the staff where brilliant.

The area is picturesque and at least when we were there uncrowded, quiet and peaceful. There are plenty of choices for places to eat and stay. Several restaurants are perched on the hillsides and have spectacular views of the beach and gulf. There is a 7-11, a dive operation, and a motorbike repair shop. A number of businesses were closed due Covid-depressed tourism.

I recently stayed in one of the 52m2 bungalow with the sea view and was thoroughly impressed. The location is perfect, offering easy access to all the beach, steps were. It issue for me. The view from the bungalow was simply breathtaking, making every morning feel special. The highlight of my stay was the food in the restaurant. Every meal was a delight. The quality and presentation of the dishes were top-notch. Overall, I had an exceptional experience and would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a memorable stay.

Beautiful, hip, and relaxed hotel with an amazing pool and direct access to one of the most stunning beaches on Koh Pha-ngan. The staff have all been super friendly and helpful at all times. The connected restaurant and bar provides everything you need in a relaxed and stylish scenery. A supermarket is close by and with a scooter all the adventures of the island are easy accessible. Also they provide an taxi to the fullmoon party for a reasonable price. We absolutely loved it. The perfect place to stay.

Amara Beach Resort was located on a beautiful and quiet beach. The sunsets are amazing and there are several places to eat and drink along the beach. There is a 7/11 next door to the hotel and you can rent a scooter opposite. The bedroom was clean and the air-con worked well. The pool was good.

Shirlea is located just off the Haad Yao beach. The hostel.is chilled and has a nice vibe to it..the staff was helpful in recommending things to do and in renting a motorbike. Bed was comfy, facilities were just OK.
