Very nice and friendly staff, owners have 2 restaurants in the surrounding and we ate there every day, they also gave us discount on food. Rooms were nice and clean, close to the shop and beach. Everything was perfect.

i booked the villa with the private pool and it was amazing. Beautiful resort and very friendly and helpful staff, check in process was swiftly when i arrived for an early check in as requested . Mr.Wutti i believe the hotel manager took us personally to the villa and explained all its facilities . he also shared his phone number and asked us to text him if we needed anything. breakfast was delivered to our villa as requested on time . the private pool was fun for the kids and it was quiet private which what we were looking for. jacuzzi n the master bedroom was a great surprise and the washing machine downstairs was a life saver ! overall, t was an excellent experience to stay in this resort .

I loved my stay at this hotel and for what I paid it exceeded my expectations. My friend and I had a family room with a double bed in a bedroom and another double bed in the main room with the kitchen - really it was like having 2 bedrooms so we had a room each. The bathroom was attached to the bedroom though so one of us had to walk thru the other's bedroom. The balcony was nice - but no furniture to sit out there. We had breakfast included which was perfect for us. It was very clean. The kitchen seemed to have everything but we didn't use it. 5 minutes walk to the lovely Surin beach and quite a few eateries and restaurants nearby. I would definitely choose again. We caught the smart bus to and from the airport as stop is just up the road.

We were with a family of 9 members and had a great time at Villa in the Garden. This is really an awesome villa to spend a quality holiday. all facilities are there and in reality it looks even better than on pictures. JA and her team gave us unforgettable memories and were always ready to help us out on request. delicious breakfast every morning, laundry and airport pick up/drop off are included. this holiday was far beyond our imagination.     Surin easy access incl car park if you are self-driving. Plenty of sunlounges and shade on the beach. Baht100.00 for the day per sunlounge.. Plenty of food and drink options along the top of the beach, which I would say are generally safe to eat! Water is crystal clear and warm, no rubbish on the beach or in the water...

    Nice quiet part of Phuket away from all the noise but near enough to get to quickly. Lots of small boutique restaurants, beach was clean and accessible. Just a very pleasant stay if you're looking for some family time without the hussle and bussle of the crazy busy areas!

    Surin Beach is the best beach in Phuket.

    Surin Beach is the best beach in Phuket. There really is little argument on that score. As a "village/town" is don't have too much going for it as the road through the central bit is very busy and there aren't wide pavements to walk along. However, if you are willing to overlook this then you will find some real gems in and around Surin Beach. There are some really fabulous Thai restaurants and some amazing beach vendors. Some of the beach huts (not all!) would get Michelin Stars in my book. Cold beer, smoothies, fishcakes and satay are what holidays are made for. I would quite like a house there on the cliffs if I won the lottery.

    Nice area, but I am not a beach person so I can't really judge. But lots of people were enjoying the beach and sunbathing. Plenty of chairs and shade. Plenty of food and drink options. Awesome sunsets.

    Clean sandy treelined beach with local stalls selling various food and drinks. Sun beds and chairs/loungers available to hire. There are a couple of beach bars at one end but lacks cafes and bars. Not much happening once the sun goes down as local area lacks decent bars and restaurants outside of hotels. Most of Surins nightlife is focused along the busy main road. We had intended to stay 4 nights but left after two.

    This was a great place to stay! The staff was extremely kind, friendly and helpful. The hotel is beautifully designed and kept very clean and tidy. We enjoyed chilling at the pool and the beautiful Surin beach was just a few steps away. We used the gym almost daily as it was not busy at all when we were there (August). Excellent coffee at the bar and lemon water at the pool! Plus on our last day we could stay at the hotel until our departure.

    Great location and staff are excellent which gives a friendly vibe, clean, the rooms where cleaned daily with fresh towels and bedding, pools very good,really good taxi service outside the hotel and all the taxi drivers where great they really look after you, we had one that waited for us for a few hours while we looked round Phuket town (the old town which highly recommend) the beach was great also no real complaints to be fair.
