We (a family with 2 kids at the age of 6 months / 4 years) had a wonderful stay at The Residence Douz. Amazing rooms, attentive and super child friendly staff. Breakfast was great and we felt very welcome in a positive environment, right next to the Sahara desert. The spa area is great. My best hotel experience in Tunisia so far, we even extended our stay. Very beautiful hotel. The most beautiful swimming pool I have ever seen. Rooms are very clean and spacious. Staff really helpful. They gave us all the necessary information about touristic activities. We tried all three meals (breakfast. Lunch. Dinner) everything was good ( for tunisian standards ) . The best hotel I have stayed in Tunisia.

I've been in most of the hotels in Douz, and in my opinion, this is the best one in town. The reception service was nice, the person behind the desk was chatty and funny. The room was neat and comfortable, with a nice pool view. The swimming pool is big enough and looks pretty.

The best accommodation. Brigitte and Mohamed are just fantastic, kind, pleasant, very helpful and amazing. Met them and stayed in their super villa was so precious and rewarding. Just go there and you will experience the beauty!

Everything Great! The apartment is big, spacious, brand new, super equipped. Extremely clean. A great place. The owner is a woman with a huge heart, and with great patience. She does everything to make your stay as comfortable as possible. I add one last thing; I am usually a model guest, but this time I was unbearable: she was always friendly and understanding. Absolutely recommended.

The owners of the structure are kind and helpful. In addition to the stay, I recommend the experiences they propose. The typical dinner is an incredible experience and the walk in the desert with the camels guided by Abdallah was magical. The structure is suggestive and well cared for. It was a real pleasure.

I had the pleasure of spending a full month in this beautiful apartment, and I couldn’t have asked for a better stay. Fawzi is a fantastic host – very friendly, responsive, and always helpful. The apartment is tastefully furnished, quiet, and fully equipped with everything you need. A big plus is the possibility to do laundry and the secure garage, where you can safely park your motorcycle or car. The location is excellent – peaceful yet well-connected. I felt truly comfortable here and can highly recommend this place.
