The hotel was well located close to the Airport. The lady in the Reception ( Besma ) was very professional, nice and best smile ever, good presentation uniform clean and badge visible. She was always helpful and answered all my queries, she is an asset for the chain Mouradi. Bar staff polite and professional ( specially Otman ). I would recommend the hotel, definitely will go back

Our hosts were amazing :) Ready to help, support, guide when we need, always with the smile. We had a truely wonderful time in this house. The interior is simple, confortable, ornemented with taste and authenticity. The location is also great, near everything there is to see or visit in Tozeur while still offering calm. We highly recommend ! It's nicer than the pics :)
