Salwa is an excellent host. She met us at the airport offering us a free transfer back to the property. She was incredibly hospitable and helpful. The property has an unparalleled view and you have a lovely view of the sea which you can enjoy from the balconys. The lifts also make it easy if you have a lot of luggage / pram. Everything was clean and the property was tastefully decorated. The best property that I’ve stayed in in Tunis. We cannot wait to return.

I had a wonderful stay at this lovely apartment! It was impeccably clean, well-maintained, and tastefully decorated, making it feel like a true home away from home. The property was excellent. Extremely nice staff. Very chic. Great place to work if you need. Well-located, very easy and safe to walk around the Sidi Bou Said neighbourhood. The breakfasts were excellent. The spa had all the essentials - steam room, pool, chairs, etc. and was very private. The terrace up top was absolutely wonderful with fantastic views of the city. The price was good for the quality. The AC was great. The wifi was not super fast but definitely fine for a few days. Also very easy to get a cab (use Bolt) and go to La Marsa for the beach and good restaurants. We felt very safe and welcome here. Highly recommended.

Client service: Exceptional client service.I was not happy with my first booked suite.The reception staff kindly changed it immediately and upgraded me to a better suite. My trip plans changed after the first night stay. Hotel management staff, Ms.Marwa, was very understanding and modified my booking accordingly without any issues. Suite: My suite was clean and spacious. Was happy with the comfy king size bed, kitchenette and the large living area with flat screen TV. Wifi internet was strong and the two TVs in the suites were both equipped with android boxes to watch Netflix and YouTube. Room service: I ordered dinner and was happy with the quality of food. Clean, tasty and good portion. Location: close to many Cafés and restaurants in the lac II area. Thank you to staff and management at ADAM hotel suites and special thanks to Ms.Marwa at the front desk who made sure everything was great. Will definitely come back soon and stay longer to enjoy the accommodation.
