The heating worked without a fault. I was really worried about it at first. But it was working well after. Just it took about an hour to warm up the room at beginning. I am really grateful they did not let me down with heating. Asya was very helpful, took care of everything kindly, I am so very grateful. Bed and towels are very comfortable and clean. Shower and bathroom worked in order. All was very clean. Friendly helpful staff made me feel welcomed and comforted.

The check-in was nice even though we arrived late at night. The room was quite spacious and clean, the bathroom was great, the bed was large and super comfy. Breakfast was wonderful too, with many salty options as well as the sweet ones. I highly recommend!

Personal was very helpful,specially from morning shift Neset, he immediately understood my situation, since I had an early check-in, he immediately, if possible, invited me to a free room so that I could rest, since I had to fly out that same day at 11 at night, and also offered to have breakfast, since I was gone the next day. The breakfast was excellent, the rooms were clean, they helped bring the luggage to the room, they immediately brought food accessories and plates from the restaurant, since they were not available in the room. All the photos correspond to reality. A very cozy hotel, I would gladly come back here and I will also recommend it to my friends. The cost of a taxi was up to 400 lira one way
