It makes up for everything that may be lacking in terms of facility. Ansar helped us with taxi, with helpful tips, he upgraded our room with no extra cost as it was not busy during our stay, moved us to ground floor as I couldn't climb stairs due to injured knee. The hotel is a original ottoman building so no lift, but he took our luggage up and got them down too. All in all great experience and we would go back again.Guest review byRashedaUnited Kingdom
