I had a wonderful stay at Nakkas Hotel. It’s perfectly located near the waterfront—just a 5-minute walk to the restaurants and cafés, and about 10–15 minutes to the old town. The room was clean and spacious, and the staff were truly exceptional. Everyone was incredibly kind and welcoming. I rarely give perfect scores to hotels, but this stay was flawless. Highly recommended!

Our stay at Roome was exceptional. The hotel's prime location near facilities, shops, and restaurants made exploration effortless. Amazing family hotel! Very warm welcome from the owners. New hotel. Beautiful designer renovation. Very, very clean!! There is no smell of mold or sewage in the bathroom, as is often the case in other hotels. Perfectly clean windows. Large balcony with cozy rocking chair, chair, table and pool view. Despite the end of November, the outdoor pool is perfectly clean! The room has everything for a comfortable stay: a comfortable bed, TV, kettle, drinking water, tea/coffee/sugar, bath amenities, blackout curtains, heating/air conditioning system, etc. A delicious breakfast prepared by the caring hands of the hostess. The latest simits. Very beautiful, cozy and Instagrammable hotel area with sofas, pillows, etc. Despite the nearby D-400 highway, the hotel is very quiet, you can’t hear the road at all, the neighbors are a quiet countryside. There is parking outside the territory. Beautiful night lighting. We wanted to stay for 2 days, but extended our stay because we really liked the hotel. Thanks to the owners and staff, I want to come back again!

This fantastic hotel captured our hearts, and we will definitely return again. The location is wonderful-close to the yacht club, the city center, and the most beautiful promenade. The lovely bright room is decorated in an elegant style, with a wonderful bed, functional furniture, and decorative elements. We also appreciated the very practical bathroom space, where you can fit everything you need. It makes you want to decorate your own apartment in the same style! Our room faced directly onto the sea, while rooms on the other side overlook a charming home garden that smells of flowers in the morning. The hotel is home to a friendly dog who greeted us in the evening like a true concierge :) You can also find a small gallery of young artists in the hotel. Breakfast was a work of art in itself! The wonderful staff serve a delicious breakfast tailored to you, and you can also order tasty coffee. We especially want to thank all the staff for the wonderful experience and excellent service. We will definitely be back!

A dream location and villa. The villa has everything you need for a perfect stay. The garden area, the pool, jacuzzi and ambience, everything is perfect. The hotel is in the mountains and gives a very relaxing atmosphere, within 10 mins you can be in the heart of Fethiye and 20 mins from Oludeniz. The hotel provides everything you need for your stay and more. The restaurant has a very nice atmosphere, menu and staff are very helpful. If you are looking for a relaxing vacation, this is the section of the hotel to stay in. It would really exceed your expectations. Service was exceptional, and everyone was friendly and spoke English and helpful. Food was outstanding with different food selections every day. The main restaurant is open 24/7, and being an all-inclusive resort but not in an open buffet (you sit and they take your order) is a bonus. Also, they have 2 other restaurants in this part of the hotel where you can dine in but require reservation a day in advance. Also, you can dine in the restaurants in the other part of the hotel (the non-adult one). As for the beach, it is stunning, but I would recommend you get swimming shoes (there are rocks at the beginning of the shore only) but didn't bother me as they were soft stones. Water was cold for us. You would find sun beds, wasn't an issue but if you want to stay in Cabana, you would be required to book in advance even before you arrive (it's chargeable around 85 Euro, I think). The pool was really nice to relax in. Music throughout the day is all relaxing soft music, which was lovely. The spa was on point whereby they had experienced therapist from Bali. As for the night, this part of the hotel had a singing band every day by the beach bar from 9:30 to 11:30 and that is it for the activities. Again, this is a relaxing place and perfect for that purpose only. However, you do have full access to the Sister Hotel next door, whereby they have plenty of activities such as a sport bar and a stage with different shows every day. As for the rooms, they were really comfortable and sizable and new. On a side note, don't forget to ride the jet ski, it was a nice experience in the hotel (chargeable) All in all, I would highly recommend this place.

It is a very neat and properly organized hotel😍 Although it was the last days of the season, the variety of food was excellent. I really liked the unlimited drinks in every area of the hotel, especially the bartenders' presentation of interesting alcoholic cocktails. How well thought out is the choice of background music and the volume of music , you rock guys!And my favorite case - far from noisy families with children, there are dining and swimming areas where only adults can enter and eat , rest quietly. This is really important. As it was school holidays in Turkiye when we were at the hotel, there were lots of families with children. Without these zones, our vacation would be ruined)) rest with families with noisy, uncontrolled children is sometimes unbearable.Finally, a big thank you to all the trained personnel and especially the Azerbaijani guy Rustam! You are really great! Thank you all!

Our bedroom had a fantastic view. No TV required. The bedroom was airy and spacious. The bed was comfortable. The Turkish style breakfast was very enjoyable, with a choice of hot egg dishes on request. Dinner was delicious with specials each night.
