Very friendly staff. They responded to our messages quickly and gave us good recommendations for the area. We had to do our laundry here and the staff was very helpful with this. The place itself is lovely and walking distance from the pedestrian street with all the cafes and restaurants.

All of the staff were all extremely welcoming and friendly, especially the receptionist who checked us in and out of the hotel. Everywhere was clean, the bungalow was exactly as the pictures showed if not better. Everything was lovely, I highly recommend it.

The location, decoration, comfort and service were excellent. Breakfast was excellent as well. We were very pleasantly surprised by our choice. It is ideal for 4 people who can book the two rooms at the same time. When you book both rooms you get exclusive access to the common area. The decorations and feel of the place is super luxurious. The view from the room is excellent.
