The property was spotlessly clean! Everything was new and sparkling. The hotel is newly opened hence everything felt fresh & neat. Rooms are spacious, bed is very comfortable. It has all the essentials needed for basic cooking. View from the hotel room is beautiful. Staff is very friendly and helpful. The housekeeping staff is well trained and they do an amazing job. Bathroom is well equipped with good quality toileterries and towels.

The location and even though it is situated close to a busy highway, the double glazed windows cut out most of the noises. The staff were warm and welcoming. We booked a day tour to the monastery and elsewhere. Great value for money. Would definitely stay here if I visit Trabzon again.

Brand new hotel in an excellent location. Breakfast was very nice, with lots of options to choose from. The room was large and very clean, and so was the bathroom. Parking is available only on the street. Overall, outstanding experience!

First of all I would like to mention that the property is in an excellent location, It's 5 minutes by car from Trabzon airport and around 10 minutes to Trabzon square park. The property is nearby to many services such as supermarkets, groceries, laundry, restaurants car rental offices, and gas stations. Also pictures of the room that has been published in booking.com by the hotel management are real and there is no difference. Second, the staff is very kind, and very helpful especially the receptionist lady (Neslihan) she's very kind, and always smiling, she upgrades my reservation to a bigger and better room for free. And it's necessary to mention that my wife was sick and she took care of her. And regarding the breakfast it was nice, fresh, many cousins available, and any special order can be made for customers. And at last the price is fare and the value of money is suitable to service that I got. Next time when I visit Trabzon I will stay at the North star suite hotel.
