The hosts were extremely nice with my family. All of us were amazed about such warm reception and nice accomodations. Pamukkale is an unforgetable destionation by itself, Whiteheaven hotel turned that even better. Special note to the breakfast in turkish style: the best we had in Turkey!

I travelled with a large group of students and teachers in a project. I kept in touch with Ali, the personnel at the check in desk on the way to the hotel and he was so nice to do all the arrangements before our arrival. So the check in took us only 5 minutes for a group of 30+, while in other places we spent like 2 hours to do that. So we took advantage to relax at the restaurant for the time Ali offer us. It is important when you travel in such a large group. He also managed to arrange the balloon ride for the next morning at 7 am, even it was almost 11 at night!! Since the next day it was one of the students 16th birthday, he also offer us a place where to buy a birthday cake at 8 in the morning. The personnel helped us to organise the surprise for the girl at breakfast.

Perfect place to stay with your family. This place is run by a family and all are very cooperative and helping. Mr. Hussain, Mr. Osman and his mother are all very hospitable. Mother cooks very delicious food and they give you discount as well. Breakfast is free, rooms are cozy and also have Balloons ride and Paragliding facilities with free pick and drop from and to the hotel. Recommended in every aspect

Reality is way better than the photos. It was so clean, brand new and very comfy high quality bed and pillows. Many and huge cabinets and drawers. Lighting in room can be adjusted which is nice. High quality towels. Staff were amazing and warm and since we cannot have breakfast on the dining area as we were in a rush, we asked if take out is possible. They gave us sandwiches and many water containers. We highly appreciate it. They also helped us in airport transfers which were very nice vans/shuttle. It has a nice and clean swimming pool and you can see the hot air balloons nearby, so amazing! It is in a safe and quiet area and maybe just a 10 minute walk to the pamukkale travertines. Thank you for the hospitality!

Lovely hotel right next to the springs that has an amazing roof terrace with views over the whole hillside of the travertines. The staff were very friendly and helpful and I enjoyed a morning swim in the pool.

Pamukkale was a relaxing laidback town with plenty of historical experiences such as hierapolis, museum, ampitheatre, travertines, kaklic caves, salda lake, with lots of shopping in Denizli. The bakery in Pamukkale was cheap and yummy daily fresh breads.

Pamukkale is nice, but not exceptional.

Pamukkale is nice, but not exceptional. During my visit, the pools and most terraces were in maintenance (empty). Hierapolis is mostly ruins, except for the theater, which was remodeled some years ago. There are no nice hotels and restaurants in the area. In my opinion, it is not worth the detour out of the coast to go there, as it will cost you a full day.

The pass includes the ruins which is preserved fairly well and the Pamukkale's terraces (and museum). Many of the terraces are empty of water and quite dried out. But we were able to soak in a few of them. The very top one has hot water dropping down from pipes and the water was warm and nice. The ones down below were colder and still ok to soak in. The pictures online were too good to be true, especially since there were a lot of people even at night. But overall, it is still worth the trip.

Pamukkale is one of the most fantastic sights one can see.

Pamukkale is one of the most fantastic sights one can see. It is an interesting combination of a unique natural phenomenon with a well preserved archeological site. But this combination makes the visit rather long and a bit difficult to plan given the very high temperature during the day in the summer. I think the administration should make the tickets valid for two days, so one can both thoroughly enjoy the natural pools and visit well the sight. I suggest you start at something like 5 pm.

The place is just an attractions park.

The place is just an attractions park. Price are super high. They force you to buy shitty headphone so you end paying 37 euros per person. For what? To see dry natural pools, because now the water is only in artificial one and they are overcrowded. Really not worth it

The Travertine thermal pools are very dry and nothing like...

The Travertine thermal pools are very dry and nothing like in the photos. It was disappointing to see how the local children splash around in them like a normal swimming pool. The area deserves more respect.

The hottest shower in all of Turkey. The owner is great, and this is family run. Extremely friendly, and helpful. Great prices on a hot air balloon! We had free parking at the location, and they recommended we park at the top of pamukkale to avoid the walk up bare foot. Life savers. The beds were clean, and so was the room. The included breakfast was mediocre. For the price, I would say this location nailed it. I would gladly stay here again.

Fantastic location, extremely helpful staff, very good breakfast.He organised the day drip to pamukkale and Hierapolis which was excellent with very good guide and very good value for money. Bottled water,tea and coffee were free all the time which is rare in other hotels in Turkey. There was a beautiful, clean swimming pool which was the icing on the cake.

Excellent place, excellent people l. We felt like home! It is only 5 minutes walking from the main entrance of Pamukkale thermal baths. Two swimming pools with the same water are available in the hotel. Will com back again next May! ❤️
