Everything was alright at that hotel. The owner is a very nice person, and the rest of the staff is always trying to help guests. The hotel is an old building totalmente renovated. You can live ancient and moderns times in it. And the location, perfect. Everything is nearby, walking. You should visit Mardin, and stay at this family hotel.

The owner was extremely helpful, and remained in constant contact when I had a very delayed border crossing from Iraqi Kurdistan and I ended up arriving in the early hours of the morning. This set the tone for the rest of my stay - very attentive and helpful, and I ended up extending my stay and my room was upgraded for no extra cost. He also spoke excellent English (as well as various other languages). The hotel is in an excellent central location in the absolutely beautiful and historic town of Mardin.

Room was incredible. The view of the Mesopotamian fields is out of this world, both from the room and from the rooftop restaurant. The hotel has parking both in front of the hotel and in the back The one in the back is a bit hard to access however the hotel valet was great to help with parking there Also, parking is safe. The internet was surprisingly good. If you want to visit Mardin its definitely the best choice

The most amazing and safe place I could ever chose! Everyone was nice and respectful, very welcoming and always kind and ready to help. Breakfast was tasty and the view from terrace over Mesopotamia was incredible! I would come back for sure!
