The staff and owner went above and beyond for us when we ordered something at the bar that they didn’t have. The owner actually went to the shop around the corner to get what we wanted - we have never had service like this! The staff were extremely friendly and helpful. The room we had was huge and absolutely perfect. Everything was exceptionally clean and fresh. The pool was glorious as it was extremely hot and it freshened us up in no time.

My favorite destination since years, whenever I have a layover in Istanbul. Particularly during off-season days it's a very quiet place, good to relax, to walk along the sea, which is a couple of minutes walk away from the hotel. The real asset is the hotel's staff. Marvelous people, who will do everything to make your stay as comfortable as possible. It's always a bit of a challenge or gambling to pick an honest taxi driver in Istanbul, we know that. Thus, I recommend ordering an airport pickup from the hotel upfront.
