Friendly, responsive and very professional staff. Excellent location (Excellent resturants nad a grocery store nearby), car parking availabe in the basement and offsite, on-time room service, excellent breakfast. It was a perfect stay and I can confidantely say that Panagia is the best hotel in Trabzon by far .. Will definately be my first and only option every time I visit Trabzon.
