Jen Jen was extremely accommodating when we did not realise the island was cash only with no ATMs for foreign cards. She created a PayPal account in order to get cash out for us. She also booked a trip for us to swim with the turtles which was very well organised and close to the hotel. She gave us a late check out as well free of charge. In general she was extremely helpful! As a side note the restaurant here is amazing and also great for vegetarians! All in all great place to stay if you’re going to XiaoLiuQiu

The thing that make this stay exceptional is the family that runs this place. They are beyond helpful. They are connected with everyone and every activity and can help you arrange everything for your family during your stay. They don't hesitate to offer to help above and beyond even without being asked. Traveling with small children can be hard. They let us keep our luggage there before and after checkout, helped us arrange tours, and even brought the luggage to the ferry for us when they saw how overburdened with diaper bags and strollers we already were. The rooms were comfortable. We really liked watching the ferry come and go from the balcony!

Breakfast was great. People were very friendly. It was an easy walk from the ferry. Our hostess arranged electric bicycles for us, which we used to go around the island to enjoy beaches and interesting walks.

The room Is comfortable with adjustable aircon. Bed is huge, as well as room. Hosts are very welcoming. I can't ride the electric scooter or bicycle. They offered to ride me round the island to take photo and showed me where the nice food are. Very nice family and I enjoyed my short stay here. The location of the b & b is near to the port. It is possible to walk but host offered to ride me to the port with my big luggage.
