Quiet, clean and comfortable. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Great location right in the middle of Taitung right next to the bus station. Good number of bikes to borrow. And there is a cute coffee shop on the bottom floor which I got a coupon for a free coffee.

An excellent hotel in Taitung! Big and clean rooms with all of the amenities and very good breakfast! Free drinks and free bikes make it easy to get around the city. The staff was extremely helpful, particularly Patrick. He picked us up from the train station, he helped us arrange our trip to Lanyu Island and he gave us all the information needed, with kind patience, to our myriad questions. Thank you so much!!!
