We loved the size, cleanliness of the rooms and most of all, the exceptional hospitality of the staff. They went out of their way to let us use the washing machine, prepared extra pudding for my child and were just very welcoming. We loved the view from one of the rooms, even though fog covered the mountains for most of our trip. The breakfast was delicious and very nutritious too! Oh and please try the plum wine and dinner - excellent stuff

This B&B was really good: the location was great, from the balcony you can see palm trees and the garden. Really calm and quiet! Temperatures have been super here in November, warm during the day and around 19 degrees at night, so it was possible to sleep without air condition. Air condition is quiet if needed anyway. The owners have been super friendly and helpful with all requests. The breakfast war really good and changed every day. I can really recommend this B&B.

The accommodation is in a quiet location. The room is large and everything is super clean. This hotel feels like an institution, despite muted impressions from the facade when you see it for the first time. Fantastic attention to detail, great food and facilities. Hotel is located only 10 min away from one of the most beautiful temples I’ve ever seen. Staff and management went above and beyond to make out stay comfortable. There is also hotel provided shuttle bus to/from Taichung high speed station.

I look everything about this hotel ! I regretted that we only stayed for 1 night 😢. Should have stayed for more nights !! Starting from the free shuttle bus from Taichung HSR Station , the friendly and approachable staff ,the huge, modern and clean room overlooking the lake , the room onsen and the hotel onsen and sauna, the restaurant ( Shao Chinese restaurant - the hotel is so kind to provide my daughter the complimentary ‘longevity peach ‘ for desert for her birthday ) and the location which is literally only 2 mins walk to the Ita Shao shopping street where you can grab all sorts of food and things . We love this hotel so much that we are already booking another trip next year to stay for a few nights !
