Within a few hour driving distance to Taipei City, it is one of the most popular spots during the weekends. In this district there is still a large paid parking spot, which is greatly appreciated. Seafood restaurants competition is fierce here, but you still need to know what you are ordering and what king of price information. It does not have the notourious reputation like Fu-Ji port nearby where the restaurante fleeced the clients. If you hate the crowd, and does not like to stay in line for parking or restaurants, avoid the holidays or weekends. During weekdays it is a lot more comfortable. Highly recommend to spend overnight to view the sunrise and sunset and you can go to the beach when it is not as crowded.Guest review byYih HsinTaiwan
