We stayed at Alishan Hotel for one night, the location is great, and walking distance to all trails. The hotel is a bit old but the room was comfortable and well equipped.

The hotel is located in a great location, in the centre of the city in Alishan. We could walk only 5 minutes to Alishan Station. The room is clean, new, and comfortable to stay in. Bathroom is bigger than i expected. Staffs were kind and helpful. There is shuttle bus during bus station and hotel. Local breakfast was awesome.

Very scenery surroundings, nice staff, good coffee with reasonable price, most comfortable bed I have ever had in hotel rooms. Shuttle transfers between the hotel and Alishan bus station are available upon request on specific timings.

The stuff has been very patient and professional. They were great helping me to plan my visits of the attractions. The heating blanket was wonderful. I enjoyed a hot shower after my long bus ride getting there. The trick was to let the water run enough time. Will come back.

The family at the tea farm were so friendly and welcoming, and we had the best food here in our whole trip to Taiwan. It is only 15 minutes drive from the forest railway and there were lots of hiking trails nearby. The room was basic but fine, with a large shared lounge area. we were there when the weather was cold and there was a heater we could use.

Overall Rating 10/10 The reception staff were friendly and kind, creating a very pleasant experience. The furniture was comfortable and added a sense of relaxation during the stay. The location is excellent right in the heart of the market and very close to the bus station. All essential services are nearby, with a 7/11 just a few steps away. The place is ideal, note that it is located on a slight downhill slope, just before the last shop on the left. A wonderful stay overall everything was exceptional, and I highly recommend it.

Excellent hotel experience ... stayed in 2 hotels in Japan and 3 in Taiwan in this trip...all average above 800 AUD per night.... this one is probably the best... Nice pool Semi buffet at this altitude is very good
