Perfect place to explore the parc. 200m away. Very reaxing place. Friendly helpful staff. Very good food. Good variation freshly prepared. You can sit outside and watch monkeys coming by. Got even an open fire for enjoying the evening outside. Simple rooms but all there. Tour was organised for me with a knowledgable guide. I would like to mention that there is a weavery close by with old manual machines. Very good pricing for the handmade coton items. That was for me the Souvenir to take away. Will always remember the monkeys around the open house.

The staff were very polite and could not do enough. The room was spacious, bright and well equipped. The pool was clean and welcoming. Although the garden had not had time to establish, it was well maintained. The evening walk to the Terrance was relaxing with the beautiful sunset.

the place is set in a beautiful garden,with wildlife,the staff were great,really friendly,the chefs were great,even in the end making my meals that i asked for,food was amazing,and mohamud would go out of his way to make your stay as good as possible.in the end i did not want to leave,so peaceful and tranquil,for once i was truly relaxed.

Good variety of restaurants. Changing daily themes for the resort as relates to food, cocktail specials, etc. Room amenities were good. Very comfortable bed, slept very well. All the staff throughout the hotel were friendly & pleasant to deal with. Lastly & most important, Khalid the hotel manager was superb throughout my stay, passionate about his job & cares about all the guests.

The staff were incredibly friendly, attentive, and often anticipated our needs before we even asked. The food was delicious, our villa modern, spacious and spotlessly clean, and the overall service top-notch. One of the highlights was the Swahili night, featuring fantastic local dishes and an unforgettable acrobat performance. We also treated ourselves to a relaxing massage during our stay— just what we needed after our safari adventures. Although not beachfront, the resort is just a short walk through Jambiani village to the sea, or you can take a shuttle to one of their partner beachfront properties, which are equally well-designed and welcoming. That said, we actually preferred the peaceful charm of the Oasis itself. We’d come back in a heartbeat—and in fact, we’re already planning our return in 2026!

Hands down the best hotel in beautiful Michamvi. Out of pure luck we were the only guests during our stay, which really made us feel like a queen and a kind. The place is amazing, with breathtaking views and and amazing sunset. The staff were all kind and friendly. Their kitchen is excellent at a very friendly price (a somewhat larger selection of meals would be a bonus). On top of all they let us do a late checkout without having to pay anything extra. We had a great stay at AVO Boutique Hotel. All people are extremely friendly and helpful. Great location directly at the beach; quite area, i.e. beach feels like a private beach. Great service, good food at reasonable prices.
