We love this place! They welcomed us with lovely flower arrangements up on our arrival, and local fruits. The room was clean and well kept. The place is quiet and relaxing. The food was great, everything fresh and a large choice. Now for the service, everyone went above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable. We celebrated our wedding aniversary and they were very intentional in preparing our moment. Thank you so much Bovly, Edwin, Dori, Edina, Lucy and all the staff members (sorry I don’t know all the names). We recomend this place 300%

Our stay was simply perfect! From the moment we arrived, we felt genuinely welcomed and cared for. The service was exceptionally attentive, friendly, and truly personalized, the team went above and beyond to make sure every detail was just right for us. The atmosphere is warm and relaxing. Our room was beautifully designed, and everything feels thoughtful and special. It’s rare to find a place where you feel both at home and pampered, but here they managed to do exactly that. Very cozy little hotel , very close to Kivengwa Beach. Beach was really nice and beautiful . Have seen something like this only on pictures before - it was like being in small paradise . It's also a nice, quiet spot surrounded by greenery. Our room was simple but comfortable. All is new and room was very very clean!!! Meanwhile, I really like the staff, it was very nice as well. Would recommend for travelers looking for a simple, eco-friendly and affordable option close to the beach for sure!

Lovely and helpful staff. Great food, huge breakfast, restaurant with dinner - super, fish for dinner very tasty, everything fresh!! Nice pool, nice neigbourhood. Close to the beach, 5 min. walking distance. Big room with AC, fridge, hot water. Wifi was ok. We recommend it!!

Lovely beach on the Indian Ocean.

Lovely beach on the Indian Ocean. Lots of restaurants, bars and snack shops from higher end and usual fare to local pubs and dining. Beautiful views, jet ski, kite surfing and dhow or outrigger hires for snorkeling. beautiful clear water and you can walk the sandbars at low tide or swim there at high tide. An hour or so from Stone Town hustle and bustle, but still close enough for a day excursion.

The beach is arguably one of the best on the island—long, swimmable, and vibrant. While it has more energy and amenities than a secluded spot, we still found it peaceful and relaxing, especially during the mornings. It's the perfect base for anyone who wants both stunning beach life and easy access to restaurants and activities.

Kiwengwa is a perfect place to spend time with the family. Exquisit nature, kind people and the best food. Boat trips, beach activities, village strolls, getting to know the culture of local people who are very knowlegeable about the natural agriculture and extreemly kind and nice. We loved every minute of our stay at Kiwengwa.

Paradise.

Paradise. Very long and large beach, friendly local people, very calm and quite place. We loved it. Its very save even in the nightwalks on the beach. There are some restaurants, coffee places where you can drink fresh, cocktails or snacks.

I loved the colour, clarity and temperature of the water. The sand was so soft and almost white. I didn't like the hassle on the beach though. It was easier to stay at the hotel to avoid it. But that's not why you visit another country!

Beautiful place, right on the beach. Wake up to a Zanzibar sunrise and locals buying fish straight off the boats. Very calm and relaxing environment. Swim at high tide, and at lowtide you can stroll to a nearby sandbank. The pool is a huge plus, and the deck is made for short, relaxing naps. I would highly recommend this for anyone trying to get away from a resort type holiday, but still want the convenience of breakfast and cleaning service. Great service by the staff!

The Loft Villa with beach facing private pool was our favorite. The staff were extremely courteous and were always helpful. They take every little request very seriously and go extra mile to keep their guests happy. I would like to thank Angela for her hospitality and also Sanjay for going extra mile in bringing a smile on our faces. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here and will highly recommend this resort to those planning to stay in a beach resort in Zanzibar.

- Beautiful view of the ocean with the very long Kiwengwa beach right outside the hotel. - Amazing infinity pool with comfortable sun beds where we without any problems could spend a whole day.
