All the staff spoke to us in a language we did not...
All the staff spoke to us in a language we did not understand. We asked the locals for help with translation on the phone. The breakfast menu was also incomprehensible. The staff is speechless and they don't even try to communicate with customers in any language other than Ukrainian! There is still room for development.
