I enjoyed the hospitality of Bibian and Kelvin. They were both brilliant and attentive. Beautiful breakfast too of Katogo that was my choice. The cottages are really nice, tastefully decorated and so spacious inside. Very comfy bed. Shower was very good too. I loved sitting on the deck and falling asleep too as I listened to bird singing and chirping. Total relaxation and peaceful.

We loved everything about this suite. The staff were amazing. The suite was impeccable and very well equipped. The bedrooms and bathroom were very neat and roomy. Lots of windows and natural light. Great view of the surrounding area. We loved staying here.

The room is clean ..and staff is so cooperative and welcoming... The location with the viwe of the lake in the roof is wonderful, and it's a spot for good photos. Staff .. Elizabeth and Susan .. they made everything easy and derived Arthur Ogal. He was so cooperative and patient when he took us on our tour.

The hotel is really nice. Super convenient to get to/from Entebbe Airport. I particularly liked the cleanliness of the room and the comfort of the bed. I was impressed by the hotel’s chic and modern decor, which created a stylish and inviting atmosphere. The rooms were exceptionally big and comfortable, with plush bedding and tasteful furnishings that made for a relaxing stay. The staff went above and beyond, offering warm and attentive service throughout my visit. Their helpfulness truly enhanced my experience. especially appreciated when I had to make a trip to the airport in the middle of the night to collect a colleague. Their assistance with arranging transportation and their understanding of my situation made the experience much smoother. The hotel’s location was ideal, conveniently situated near popular attractions and dining options. Additionally, the on-site amenities, including the well-maintained and equipped gym, were fantastic for unwinding after a day of exploring. Overall, the combination of excellent service, comfort, and a great location made my stay memorable.

Staffs are really nice and kind. Especially we are big fans of Joseph. He kindly help us to arrange our tours and support everything we need.(We come back to the hotel after tours, even we already checked out, to see Joseph again) Garden, open-air restaurant and pool were also very nice. It was great experience and we want to visit there again if we go to Uganda next time too.
