Loved our stay at Holiday Inn Express Sault Ste. Marie! We reached early, and the gentleman at the front desk went above and beyond — safely stored our luggage, refrigerated my daughter’s allergy-specific food, and even suggested some great vegan-friendly restaurants nearby. The rooms were clean, cozy, and well-stocked, and the Dove toiletries were such a pleasant surprise! Breakfast was exceptional — plenty of choices and those warm cinnamon rolls were heavenly! Perfect location, amazing staff, and fantastic hospitality. Highly recommend!

The staff were so nice ,friendly and really helpful the coffee room was open 24 hours everywhere was really clean and it was quiet but a great location the bed was really comfy aswel really great stay
