The river walk is beautiful! You can walk the path in either direction and come out to a store or a nice restaurant. The two restaurants where I ate were great but my favorite was Warren's. Bucksport is only a hop away from some very nice areas, staying in Bucksport is nice because it allows you to get out of the hype of everything, but still close enough to drive back and forth. The backyard was beautiful with a playset perfect for the 3-year-old in the group. Plenty of kitchen accoutrement led to many cooks and great meals at the large dining room table. It was a great location with easy driving access to the riverwalk, downtown Bucksport and the middle school where our Uncle's Celebration of Life was held.
