Very pet friendly. Comfortable beds Dinner menu superb. Bathrooms exceptionally. Friendly Staff. The only thing I have to say is that the parking costs of $18 was out of range. I parked my own car which was only a few yards away from the entrance. The cost percentage compared to room cost is not in line with the hotels I usually stay in. I staid in the hotel In Dec and returned in Jan and was charged a pet fee the second time and parking, which I parked myself and got my own luguage,

Property did what we needed, somewhere to sleep. Clean. Although we could hear our neighbours after 10 pm all was quiet. There is a park nearby. Area was quiet.

    Ruby Falls was the highlight of our stay.

    Ruby Falls was the highlight of our stay. A "must see" in Chattanooga, but you have to make an appointment in advance online. We also enjoyed the Chattanooga Choo Choo Exibit downtown, Lunch nearby at the Tailgate Brewery was very excellent. Many tap beers to choose from. I ordered a flight of four beers and they were all great! The walking bridge over the river was closed, we enjoyed the sights by car.

    There were so many great places to eat!

    There were so many great places to eat! The people were nice, and the hotel was excellent. I will definitely plan another trip back soon. The paid parking makes it easy to park and walk to all the locations. Ruby Falls, Lookout Mountain, and the ferry ride were the best. This will be a trip that can and will be done again.

    If you’re looking for a great place to watch go to blue moose! There are quite a few restaurants in the area but this one tops all of them! Amazing food, drinks and service. And it doesn’t break the bank either!

    We visited the Aquarium that was Very Nice!

    We visited the Aquarium that was Very Nice! Then on to the Chattanooga and Chicamauga Battle sights. Later, we toured Ruby Fall and it was awesome for the whole family. The downtown is walkable to restaurants and shops. A fun three day trip.

    Beautiful city with lots of attractions, bars/hangout places, and tons of great restaurants! I love that you can be at the top of Lookout Mountain and then in downtown Chattanooga within 15 minutes. Fun downtown area right on the river.

    It was a great stay!

    It was a great stay! bed was nice and soft room was clean shower water pressure was on point and the little morning breakfast was actually pretty good. Just didn't like that the deposit had to be paid by card and I only had cash but no biggie it was fine.

    This is a large hotel centrally situated -ideal. We had booked one of the cheaper (not a word the hotel would like I suspect) rooms and it was great value. Large fairly comfortable and a decent bathroom. The bar was nice and friendly. We didn’t dine. I’d say worth staying if you’re that way. Plenty of parking around if you object to valet prices.
