The location is idea for us because it is situated near most of our favourite stores and restaurants. It is also close to I90 which is the main hwy we use to get downtown to the KeyBank arena to watch the Sabers. The hotel environment is welcoming, and very hospitable. Our room was spotless and the bed was very comfortable. We received a complimentary breakfast which offered many options. The lobby offers a variety of entertainment options, along with a gym and a generous sized pool. It is also pet friendly, a service we did not use, but appreciated. Check-in and out was a breeze. The clerk was very friendly and even signed us up for a rewards program that we will be sure to use for further travel.

    Wonderful little gem.

    Wonderful little gem. They upgraded us to an even bigger room but the room we booked was lovely also. Loved having a fireplace in the room on a cold winter evening.The room was very clean and Covid safety was followed at all times. Loved having the gourmet breakfast in bed! The food was delicious.

    I loved my stay at this hotel! The location had such a welcoming atmosphere, surrounded by beautiful scenery and a peaceful environment that made it easy to relax and unwind. The recent renovations added a fresh feel to the rooms, and the new bedding was super comfortable. It’s clear that they’re dedicated to giving guests a great experience. I’d definitely recommend this hotel for anyone looking to enjoy a serene and rejuvenating stay!
