The food provided at breakfast was amazing! We opted for the Southern style breakfast with eggs, potatoes, biscuit, and grits. It also came with a small starter of fruit yogurt or oatmeal which was delicious. Coffee and tea was always available at any time. The owner was courteous and a pleasure to chat with throughout our stay.

I instantly felt calm as I walked in the lobby to check in. After a nightmare VRBO rental left us nowhere to go I scrambled to find reasonable accommodations for my family during the bike rally we were attending. This was the first, affordable lodging we found and I was so grateful. I don't remember the name of the very polite young man who checked us in but he made a world of difference in our Maggie Valley stay. He's very knowledgeable and extremely compassionate as I was still upset from the earlier part of my day. I would 10/10 stay here again. We got to our room and it was beyond everything that we expected. It was very clean comfortable and spacious. We couldn't believe we had such a nice room and it was so quiet. The lake is so beautiful here as well, it is definitely a peaceful stroll to see God's work. You'll make a great choice to stay here.

The location is good just beside the river, easily access to US-19. The privacy is great since the suite is actually a small house far away from other suites. There is even a small playground beside the cottages, a great opening space for kids and access to the river.

    You are in the mountains with complete quiet, other than the sounds of nature. Secluded and peaceful; not a sound of a car; Waynesville is a quaint downtown area with lots of shops and eateries. There is not much to do other than enjoy the yurt and each other!!
