The front desk is nice in person but very very rude over the phone. I left daughters shoe & my planner in the room & I called & spoke with a gentleman who did not say his name but I believe it was the guy who checked me in on 7/ 19 what was the process of retrieving the items that I left! He stated I would have to schedule a pick up but he didn’t know how I was supposed to do it! I asked him to see how much it was to send my items he stated they don’t send items. So when I asked how do I get my items then he told me it was not his problem so I just hung up . So I will never book again at the best western Butner North CarolinaGuest review byMelissa
