two night stay in june - family enjoyed the firepit and waterfall, jacuzzi and patio. the deer were out and visited up close, the stars were out and shined from afar. Wayne and Wendy greeted us on our entry and exit. Very hospitable.

We absolutely loved our stay. From the friendliness to the cleanliness to all the little perks included in your stay (i.e., sodas, tasty water, aromatherapy soaps, etc.), not to mention the views, the experience was very lovely. I wish I was there right now!

Very nice in a small mountain village, quiet. Rooms are modern and spacious. Beds were good, slept very well. Overall. Would book there again. Close to the Garden of the Gods.

Definitely the coziest place we stayed during our trip! The kitchen and laundry were perfect for us, and the fireplace was incredible! The vibe of the place among other guests was great! Everybody having a good time.

    Such a beautiful, peaceful location.

    Such a beautiful, peaceful location. The home is large & spacious but also comfortable & cozy with everything you need for a ‘home from home’ holiday. Plenty of blankets & bedding, heating system worked well too when temperatures dropped but there were also fans etc for when it was warm. The real fire was wonderful & cupboard full of family games to use was a nice touch. The hosts were friendly & welcoming providing lots of info & recommendations, along with some essentials like shampoo / conditioner which were helpful. Keep in mind that the remoteness means driving is essential. Divide is a small town but we attended a wedding in Woodland Park which was fantastic. We highly recommend Grandmother’s Kitchen for breakfast & stunning views of Pikes Peak! We would love to stay again!
