    I know nothing about the stay because we CANCELED.

    I know nothing about the stay because we CANCELED. THE MANAGER YHERE WAS RUDE,even hung up on me. Booking lied , said we could pay at property then TOOK 146.80 from our acct. They stole our money!!!! Do not use Booking EVER!!!!!!!!

    I am turning 40 years old in October of 2023. I have traveled to many states and many motels and Hotels. I have seen some bad hotels with things that would turn the strongest stomach upside down but this Red Roof inn. The video will be uploaded to YouTube as of 04/06/2026. It will be uploaded under the title name (Ratchet Hotel Red Roof inn Evergreen Alabama)

    Staff friendly. In fact, everybody I met in this town, Evergreen AL, was exceptionally friendly. Basic interstate interchange hotel/motel. Clean enough, saw no issues. Bed was comfortable.

    We stayed overnight on December 16 and checked out on the 17th and there was no hot water in the hotel either day. There was no hot breakfast as advertised and there were bugs in our room.
