Our 6 nights in the Hilton Oahu Kapolei were just awesome! The front desk staff were professional, friendly and very helpful. Thanks! The room was spacious, clean and nice to return to after touring around the island. Breakfast was good and tasty . We also enjoyed our dinners there. Thanks to the housekeeping staff too. And thanks for upgrading our room when we arrived!!

Close to the airport, it was perfect since I had an early flight the next morning. Ken the bellman is definitely a superstar! Very professional, helpful knowing how busy he was!!! Ken you're the best. The front desk was nice too, I arrived early and they still spontaneously checked if they could have a room ready for me, it didn't happen but I really appreciate that they took action and checked just in case.

This was honestly, one of the only times where I've stayed at a hotel and the room looked EXACTLY as it's shown in the photos-- Every other time you can tell the photos have been strategically taken, but not here! The location is great, the room was exceptional; the view was stunning, it's wonderfully quiet, the pool is beautiful and all the staff were incredibly helpful.

Great amenities! Each room had a rice cooker, kettle, microwave, full fridge, coffee maker. The most impressive was the washlet ! We had the 1 bedroom suite with 2 doubles and a sofa bed and found it was spacious enough for 6 people. Rooftop and owners' lounge were great! It was perfect for a big family as we got space to hang out. All the staff were exceptional ! Especially Richard!
