Fairplay is such a unique and historic town. Everyone was so friendly. We spent some time shopping and ordered food one evening (which was so good!). Burro Days started just as we were leaving. Absolutely love staying in Fairplay.
Absolutely love staying in Fairplay. It has everything we need - motel, grocery store, hardware and fly-fishing shop. We especially enjoy food and service at Casa Sanchez. If requested, they will serve scrumptious sopapaillas plain and warm with the meal, with a little honey on the side. Delicious!Guest review byJim

Fairplay museum was super neat and Breckenridge was a short beautiful drive for a fun day trip and also so close to GREAT family friendly hikes. The hot tub was amazing out on the deck over looking the forest with the sound of the creek in the background. It was everything me and my family needed to slow down and recharge.
