Loved everything about this facility. Big, spacious, luxurious, suites. Large breakfast area with a great selection of food and the server was very friendly. Great location, with restaurants and shopping within walking distance and I believe the pool / jacuzzi area was open until 10 or 11 pm.

    Gettysburg is a historic town everyone in this country...

    Gettysburg is a historic town everyone in this country should see. The battle in 1863 is one that should, but unfortunately is not, well taught in high schools around the country, being a pivotal battle in the Civil War. The town has done a good job at embracing its historic past and added something for everyone. From horseback battlefield tours with licensed battlefield guides to ghost tours of the town. Plenty of good restaurants and bars and charming hotels/bed n breakfasts to stay. In my mind, a must see.

    I love the history of Gettysburg. Lots to see and do.

    I love the history of Gettysburg. Lots to see and do. Three days is a necessary minimum to enjoy. The National park is so clean, safe, well kept and spiritually moving. We ate at GarryOwen Irish Pub, try the shepherds pie!!

    Everything was enjoyable.

    Everything was enjoyable. We live 10 minutes from there so drive time was awesome with 5 gr andchildren! Fishing, Bike riding, playgrounds and pools were very well kept. Campfire with smores were so much fun. Recommend Drummer Boy to experience precious family time!

    Loved this trip.

    Loved this trip. If you plan to take in Gettysburg, I suggest you plan for at least 2 days. The battefield tour is 24 miles long and the museum is very impressive. It's a lot of history to take in in one day.

    Definitely do the battlefield tours in your car- a lot of history if you download app- great restaurants - love Sweeney tavern and upper crust! Lots to do and see . We have been coming for baseball tournament every year for 8 years and still haven’t seen all of Gettysburg ! Everywhere you walk people are all so friendly ! Love staying at Cementary Hill hotel and Quality inn too ! Can just park right in town and walk almost everywhere ! Get parking app- it’s fast and easy and cheap !

    Gettysburg was wonderful.

    Gettysburg was wonderful. The weather was extremely hot and muggy, very humid. We enjoyed the shops and walking around town. We loved the museum, toured a home, and completed an excellent ghost tour of the Jenny Wade home.

    The Brafferton Inn is located in a historic building in downtown Gettysburg. We stayed in Catherine's Cove which has a comfortable sitting room adjacent to the bedroom. Brian and his staff serve an amazing breakfast with pastries, fruit, juice, a choice of main dishes, and plenty of delicious coffee, and the back courtyard is a delightful place to relax after a hard day of sightseeing.
