The floor in the bathroom wasn't clean. The shower, shower walls and curtain was dirty. We had three people in the room and there was only two towels. No towel mat. The breakfast was poor. The eggs were watery and cold and the breakfast potatoes were hard. And there was an unhappy employee that apparently had to come in on her day off and was talking on her phone with the speaker on loudly about how she hates her job.
